They are a huge disappointment. Charge exorbitant amount on simple service, most service managers are useless. Sales is there to rob you, while the brand is good the dealership isn't that great. They charged a big amount of 2400 $ for a simple alternator and battery change. Alternator is a cheap OEM part worth 250$, while the battery should be around 200$. I would suggest staying away after the warranty period. 

Dealers actually spoil the brand name. Lexus international should take note of this if they want to stay on the top.

We have bought two cars from Lexus of Perth over the last 2 years.  Both times we had a outstanding experience purchasing our vehicles through Jason.  The Lexus brand is second to none and the after service has been fantastic.  We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle with first class service.

I've been there twice. I don't know how other ppl feel. I feel that Asian gentleman is very pushy. Judge my other options like craps and treat me like an idiot who know nothing about cars. I do need advices but not "Lexus is the best, others are just crap" crap.  After first time been there, I would not recommend any one to go there. Unfortunately, my friend recently visited and was with the same sales person. Same same experience. I wish other 5 star reviews here were real as well.
