I had a wonderful experience at Subaru Osborne Park. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in and was provided with quick and friendly service. Sales people knew their products well and were able to provide me with robust vehicle comparisons that gave me confidence in my decision making. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

After waiting two weeks for the service department to return my call, this afternoon I called again. Whilst waiting for the service department to answer my query, I was cut off. Eventually I spoke to a young lady who seemed very bored. There is a problem with the Forester that causes it to over rev on decelaration. This is all over the web. However, Subaru Osborme Park have never heard about it (perhaps they should return calls). All they wanted to do was for me to book a car service, not even remotely interested in providing any decent customer service. Were they helpful...no, did they offer good service...not in the slightest, were they professional......in no way whatsoever.

Friendly and over accomodaying. (All staff) Sales staff were totally unfazed by kids hopping in and out of the cars on display. (Mind you, they had been read the riot act and were on a short leash) but none the less kids were not board out of there skills while mommy and daddy were buying a new car. After car purchase service exceptional. They found an issue with the car, provided us with courtesy car while keeping us informed of repairs. Nice bunch they are. You should stop by for a chat, you never know, you may walk out with a new car. 😀👍

Customer service is really good. They look after their customers. I have done my Subaru's servicing 4-5 times their wdn't go with anyone else. They don't rip you off & consider being loyal to customers.
