5 stars for Scott! Scott helped us to purchase our new car all the way from Victoria! We have never purchased a vehicle without seeing it before however Scott was so helpful and accommodating, he went the extra mile and we even facetimed so that we could inspect the vehicle up close. Scott showed us every possible angle of the car so that we felt like we had inspected this car even more closely then other cars we had seen in person. We highly recommend Scott from Osborne Park Mazda for amazing customer service all the way!
So pushy, misleading, uncomfortable to deal with, never trust, always ask everything you should know before u do a deal and if you can stay away from them even better. They pushed me to pay a deposit and sign a contract then after asking questions to get all the information needed they started to give me attitude and be aggressive i told them ill make sure everyone will know that and ill put a review on google they canceled my contract and started to ignore me. Jason Cohen the worst person to deal with he change his words over the phone and he act like an angel on messages. Everything was different before i pay deposit but after they got the deposit and the interest from another buyer who offered more on the car they became totally different. i raised it up to the dealership owner but there was no hope. They all the same only the finance team was the best Melissa was so helpful got me approved with the best rates i ever seen but with no luck to buy the car.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Scott at Osborne Park Nissan for assisting us with the purchase of our new car. He was straight forward, honest and went the extra mile to accommodate us. If you find a car you like at this dealership, ask for Scott, and you'll be in the best hands. Highly recommended.
Picked up a used Triton from Scott who was excellent. From first meeting and looking over the car he was happy to answer any questions, knew the car well and whilst you expect the extra sales, were not overly pushy on this. UTE was priced competitively and Mel in the office was friendly handling payment.
New customer who had booked my Nissan for a service. The booking system and the service was acceptable and faultless but the poor review is due to being asked for multiple extras to the service relating to over $300+ of extra work. In the 3 years of using Nissan dealers I have never had 4 different recommendations on top of a fixed cost service. I declined the extra work and will not be returning to the dealership again.
I couldn't be happier after being helped by Mia Minchinton during my process. One of the first things that struck me was her drive to make everything work out, even when the challenges were not in her court. Sitting through many meetings and phone calls with Mia, it's obvious she has a passion for her product and a heart for the customer. She is open-minded, optimistic, and solution-oriented. She's the kind of person you want on your team, and I'd gladly count on her to do business again. Highly recommended!
AVOID THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have taken my Nissan Pathfinder there on 2 occasions to have an issue fixed with the running of the vehicle. Over a $1000 later and the issue is still not fixed!! The reason i was given is that fault identification can be hit and miss sometimes. Also I have never had an issue with this vehicle until i started going there for routine servicing. I have zero faith in their ability to identify and fix the issue with my car. I am left with no choice but to go elsewhere to try and get this fixed. I have never experienced this kind of service anywhere else...VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!
I backed into a low bollard and popped out the panel over wheel..first 'expert' said " oh that's a job for a panel beater".. MANY THANKS to BEN from the service department for taking a minute to have a look and pop it back into place with his hands.. This small investment in customer service saved me inconvenience, time off the road and money. Love my Qashqai and Osborne Park Nissan.
Amazing Service from the Dealer Principle and Benjamin the new Service Manager. Benjamin is amazing such a huge asset. Thank you Benjamin for all the help.
