The worst customer service I have experienced in 25 years. I was here to purchase a merc and had the cash to pay for. I was here with the intention to purchase today. Yes, I offered a little less for the car because the car was overpriced given that it was missing basic features like electric seats apparently because it was manufactured during the chip shortages of covid times. The price was not justified given older cars 2 yrs of the same model had these electronics and are selling for almost $15k less while newer models with the electronics back are selling for about $5k more!! I told the sales person here's my cash offer no subject to finance nonsense. He said to me I'll be fired if I present that offer. We don't like cash!!! This guy claims he's worked at Mercedes for 13 years, but he didn't even know how to work the media system!! I get sales involves a lot of BS, but there's a limit to how far you take that in assuming every customer you come across is a fool. I tell him that I wanted to speak to the manager and start walking towards the reception. He stops me and tells me to wait outside while he gets the manager. He brings out some guy who claims to be the manager, who literally comes to me with a face full of attitude, no greeting, no smile, just here to tell me that they don't take offers even for genuine reasons and don't like cash offers anyway!!! Honestly, I did like the car and would have purchased it at the marked price, but with the way I was treated, I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. I walked out and will never purchase a car from here ever nor recommend this place to anyone. I'm an ex car sales person and I do know cars and sales and more importantly, that's no way to treat any customer not even those who come to take just joy rides!!! Really shows what the company culture, morals and values sit!!
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Car Giant, and I must say that my experience with Duncan was exceptional. From the test drive to addressing all my questions and handling the paperwork, everything was smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to reach out to Duncan!
Sales guy do not have any knowledge with the car but was still happy to go ahead with it anyway.nI had put a deposit down of $1000 to hold the car till I was back was happy to do that, but then it changed.nup and sign contractnItems were supposed to come with the car an did not look like it come with it i did advise them of it and they had advised me that it wouldn't make a difference.Anyway that your not gonna buy the car anyway.nWhat's really hoping for a good experience but not the case sadly.
