I was looking for a Santa Fe Highlander and Giant Hyundai had a demo with the colour that I wanted. I rang the dealership and spoke to Vanessa who described the vehicle in detail. As I am from the country I virtually purchased and secured the car over the phone without seeing it as I had confidence in Vanessa. Sure enough, on the day of delivery, she lived up to all of my expectations of her as she had the vehicle ready at the pre-arranged time and comprehensively explained all the features of the car to me. Her customer service and knowledge of the product were second to none and I will be heading back there again for my next purchase. I recommend Giant Hyundai and especially their dynamo, Vanessa. Thanks Vanessa.

I had an issue but Ben resolved it very well. They are genuinely concerned about satisfaction and will go the extra mile to resolve it. Of course it would’ve been even better if there was no issue to begin with so I’m deducting 1 star. For a customer, the small details matter. Customers can’t see everything the mechanic has done so they look for signs such as car clean, clock set, panels in place, etc so when a small thing is wrong it makes the customer question what else might be wrong. Attention to detail is important. Even so I will be happy to take my car there again.

The only good thing about this place is Nicole, for patiently listening to my complaint and for her genuine empathy. As for the rest, since purchasing my i20 in March 2017 I have had to fork out another $2000+ in servicing and repairs and I still have to find another $300 to get my brake pads replaced. My first post purchase service was done by Giant. The second time I went to my own trusted mechanic who advised me that the 45k service had been missed entirely. Subsequently I had to pay for another full service, spark plug replacement, air filter clean and two new tyres. I have also been advised to that my brake pads are worn down to 10% and will cost me another $300. I'm still saving up for that. I made it clear when I bought the car that I needed a reliable car to visit my sick elderly mother who lives 2 hours away. This experience has caused me nothing but grief. Very disappointed.

Giant mistake going to Giant Hyundai. I would have given 0 stars if there was that option. Excuse after excuse from salesman and dealer, I finally had my car delivered today, nearly 2 weeks after purchase on the fourth attempt. This was an easy sell,to a normally affable person.Contacted Hyundai head office three times to complain but they were next to useless. There are plenty of other dealerships in Perth, do yourself a favour, shop elsewhere.

I went into Giant Hyundai on the weekend to test drive a Kona. I had been emailing with Hayden and Jess the week prior and they were both very responsive. On the day, Jess was was friendly and attentive, and not pushy at all which made the experience very positive. I didn't end up getting the car, but it would have been a pleasure to purchase it from Jess if I had.
