Kevin was great. He was available when we arrived for our appointment and was able to speak knowledgeably about the car. Not pushy like we had found in other dealerships recently. Would give a 5 star review for sales and service, but found the post-sale sell of extended warranty and insurance a bit tiresome. Ultimately we just had to politely decline those services and nothing more was said.

I bought a Jeep from Car Giant in Morley and I could not be happier with the way we were t by all the staff. They were pleasant, honest,  friendly to deal with in every way. Our salesman Dave Muir was a delight to do business with and at no point were they pushy or sneaky. They delivered an immaculate vehicle, cleaned and detailed properly. In all the deal went so smoothly with a minimum of fuss, a simple transaction as it should be. A few good laughs along the way too.   I will be buying my next car from them when the time comes, and do not hesitate to recommend them to prospective customers. Kimbo

Thanks Scott, great to deal with a friendly and professional salesman. Was a pleasure to deal with you.  However, the car you sold me had a major transmission issue that was not picked up on test drive. It turned into a $6,500 repair. Luckily I took out a mechanical protection plan but only covered $3000. So I was left $2500 out of pocket.  Not happy, your vehicles should be tested thoroughly before sale.  Lesson here is have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by a third party before buying.  Buyer beware!

I am very pleased with my new car and the service was great. Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions when I was looking at the car and during the paperwork stages. The car was ready for me when I arrived and it looked great when I picked it up and it had clearly been cleaned today. Thanks again!

Kevin is a really nice person, he is very helpful and very friendly. We bought a good quality car from him. When we do the test the drive he gives me many useful suggestions because we are first time drive in Australia. Anyways, thanks Kevin a lot. :

Just wanted my money, unhelpful and everything was rushed to get me to agree to their terms, certainly werent that friendly once i sat down with the manager! Wanted to test drive the car i went to see, arrived and had 0km range in the tank, the salesman said that empty means enough round here? Also knew little about the car. Overall not a great experience for me and would recommend somewhere that actually cares about the customer and makes them feel welcome and also seem interested in getting you what you want.

This is the best business I've ever purchased a vehicle from. Absolutely no nonsense, straight down the line, very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. We purchased a second car from this company and they followed through on all that was promised. Our salesman was Scott and was prompt in returning calls, addressed all issues relating to the car without hesitation and had a great 'can do' attitude. We would certainly b another car of them without hesitation.  The only negative was the  when answering the phone the employees were reluctant to name themselves when I asked who I was talking to which made me suspicious initially as one has to wonder if they were hiding from someone not wanting to disclose their names. It was quite off putting...  In such a competitive industry I would have thought that they would be doing everything in customer service area to match their competitors.

Great car dealer. The sales man Mr. Kevin is very helpful and well managed. He will give you every detail. I have an excellent experience for buying my Ford Territory. I give 5 star for Mr. Kevin and Car Giant team.

If you find a car you like buy it. Be prepared to deal with standard sale practice. I could have done a little bit better, however I found a great car, a they knew its quality.  Be patient a you will get what you want.  Finance is not competitive as is advertised, so if you can get it done elsewhere.
