Total scam these guys just look to rip off families and people struggling quote you a price everyone agrees on then when they come start complaining about the car won't give you the price you settled on and be very intimidating about it DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! have made a report to consumer affairs about their dodgy work practises

This was a pleasant experience for me today. Called them yesterday arvo and was asked what price I wanted for my car to be removed; I told the driver and he said he would arrive at my place at 08:30 the following morning (today). He turned up early and had no problem waiting for me to return from dropping wife off at train station. Inspection (in pouring rain), paperwork and cash handed over, and within 10 minutes the car was gone. No angst and no problems for me. Excellent service so thank you Loman and truck driver. Rare display of professionalism for this industry. Very refreshing!

DO NO USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely horrible, i rung up and i got no greeting he just stated the name of the business, I asked a very simple question, about asking if they sell car parts and they didn't have the car for it so he straight away hung up on me when i was saying that its all good, and he didnt even say goodbye or anything just put the phone down.

Lucky that he even received 1 star if I could I wouldn't even give him 1 he dosnt deserve it with the way he treats his customers.
