At Midway Ford in Perth, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of new and used cars for sale. Our new Ford range includes the Ranger and Everest, Escape,Ecosport, Focus, Mondeo, Fiesta and all Transit Vans. Let's not forget the first right hand drive pony car, the Ford Mustang.

At Midway Ford we also have a state of the art Ford servicing department, where our factory-trained technicians are on hand to offer professional service and advice. As part of our service we can also provide you with an online booking service, courtesy shuttle and loan car.

If your used car is in need of repair then our on site parts department stocks genuine Ford parts that are available for immediate pick up. If we don’t have the part you need then we do a daily parts run, meaning we’ll get it for you as soon as a possible.

I purchased my latest car from Midway Ford back in early 2016. The buying experience was good, the sales rep and finance team were friendly and professional, they made the whole process flow smoothly and straightforward. The parts department have been very helpful. The only problem I had was when my car developed a fault in the diff, it took multiple trips to an from the dealership and being told my car is fine for them to finally diagnose the problem then to be told that I would be paying for it when my car is still covered under used car warranty. I'm not saying it's a bad dealership but the service department needs to improve.

Ignorance paired with incompetence. Greeted by a lady with a “do I have to work today” approach, who was clearly not familiar with the term of customer service. Whilst I sympathize with the fact that we all have occasionally a bad day, the attitude of the person in question was truly appalling. Human errors occur and no one has problem with that. However I do have little sympathy for people who commit an error, but then try avoiding responsibility by blaming everyone and anything else for their own mistakes. My son purchased a couple of tyres trough tyresales which were supposed to be fitted this morning at Midway Ford. When we arrived to have the tyres fitted we were advised that there was no record of a booking. I advised the lady that we received several confirmation emails which where even shown to her, plus the tyres (which had the booking number and our name on) which were not even 2 meters away from her! Still from her point of view, it was apparently our fault for not ringing the office prior to arrival. Hence my bemusement towards this kind of argumentation, I find it difficult to understand why the onus should be on the customer to check if your office has received written correspondence by your supplier. This is just utterly nonsense. Moreover, the email correspondence even highlights that it would have been the obligation of your office to contact us, shall there any problems with the given booking date. Dealing with incompetence is one thing, but being confronted with ignorance is worse. The lady said in a sarcastic voice that she is trying to accommodate us by accepting a booking which would result in a waiting time of 3.5 hours. 3.5 hours for fitting 2 tyres and an alignment? I do know from personal experience that this can be achieved in a much timelier manner. Consequently we decided to take our tyres and walk out. Before doing so, the lady suddenly wanted to check the notes on the tyres to match the records. How can you suddenly match up data if you apparently had no records?

Bought my new Mustang from Midway January 2016, love the car. However it came damaged from USA and I was told that they will pay for the repairs, now over a year later and many phone calls they still have not paid for the repairs. I will choose a different Ford dealer for my next Mustang and work ute.

Thank you Dave for fixing the reversing camera and other issues with the car above and beyond .Great job and after being a really unsure of the car I now know the car checks are properly done.Luke from sales thanks for also excellent service . The rest of the staff for been friendly and professional . Things dont always go to plan but you all did your best and thank you for everything.

The Sales people were great no issues so far, I am happy with the car so far. Will have to wait and see if any issue arises.
