Excellent service. We had an issue with a delivery coming unexpectedly early, and they were not only able to easily redirect to another delivery location but also had the driver contact me prior to the delivery so that I could ensure someone was home in time. The ability to track the progress of the delivery via GPS was also greatly appreciated

Having worked in an industry that uses couriers and transport companies daily, i feel it should be commended how well this company does their work. I ordered a product Wednesday night and had it the next Monday all the way from Sydney and it was completely undamaged. Looks like they took pride in being gentle with a fragile product. This level of service is something rarely seen in the industry. Will recommend to others.

Yesterday I had a delivery but I wasn't home.  I found the card the driver left on my gate and called him.  He wasn't far away as I'd only missed him by minutes, so he kindly came back.  Fantastic service!

Arrived at the depot to collect my consignment and followed the signature on the gates and the building which had “no entry” and “entry”. I entered the “entry” gate. Then walked to the front door which had a sign saying “visitors go around the right side of the building and use the intercom”. This required walking back onto the road and entering the “no entry” gate. Once getting there and using the intercom I was told off by the manager saying I haven’t come in the correct door. I mentioned I followed the signs and if I’ve done it wrong then the signs are confusing. He said “no the signs aren’t confusing. This is just like telling me I’m an idiot and is horrible customer service!! I got my consignment but didn’t like the process or the way the manager spoke to me.

Customer service is very blunt and stuck in their old ways with no understanding of how to deal with a telephone booking.

My husband did a pick-up from here but it was cancelled
