I have only positive views to share on my experience of purchasing a car from Morley Carbox. I never felt pressured at any point by the sales team here. The whole experience was stress free.. I had a rough idea of the car I wanted, however being guided by experienced staff was such a help to me. The guys in finance and aftercare were so helpful, juggling figures around to suit my budget and ensuring that I had adequate cover in the event of any potential problems. I can and have recommended Carbox for their easy going, no hassle approach to buying a car.
having just purchased a vehicle from CarBox.. I was very happy with the Carbox team's sales and service provided. The car I was looking at was very competitively priced and after looking around a number of other car-yards and comparing deals, I returned to Carbox and purchased the vehicle . I was given very prompt and efficient service throughout the purchase and delivery including a call from the salesman after receiving the vehicle to ensure everything was ok ...and that I was happy with the purchase. If you are interested in a used vehicle, I'd recommend you talk to the guys at Carbox .. they are very keen to deliver a good quality car at the right price... i.e. after checking the price of my new car through a major online trader... there was no vehicle better priced in the category I wanted across Australia.
Bought a car from carbox morley was very happy with there services. They have a wide range of vehicles to choose from which was great for me as I didn't have to travel to any car yard as they have all makes and models of vehicles. I would recommend my family and friends to shop for there next vehicle to purchase as so would I. The staff provide great and very friendly service to there customers. Great place to buy your first or next vehicle.
I unfortunately bought a car from these people. There were scratches and detailing that needs to be done plus missing spare key which they said were no problem when buying the car. At the time I took the car it couldn't be don'e and was told to bring it back the week after. I had to ring and ring and ring to get them to fix what they had agreed to. Finally they told me I could take it in on a certain day for the scratches and the detailing. The detailing was terrible. Still marks in the floor dirt and what looked like drink splatter marks on the upholstery on the roof. They took it back and fixed it but it was still only an average job. Touch up paint for the starches was also average. I could have done a better job with some liquid paper. Have had the car for months now and have have left 10 messages about the spare key which Gary had told me had been ordered but obviously never arrived or ordered in the first place. Terrible follow up service. Would never ever buy from them again.
Outstanding service from David at Carbox. We found our dream car online and at the right price, and David kept it to the side for us first in first serve and we couldn't be happier. Big thanks to David, Michael, and everyone else at Carbox who helped make our car purchase a great experience. Highly recommended!
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Regretting buying a car from them, wish I had never dealt with Carbox. Before I took possession I asked them to fix a couple of items, and that the car needed a Jack, Wheel Brace and the attachment to wind down the spare tyre under the tray. I took possession and was told the Jack would be ordered and they would be in touch for me to come grab. So after nearly 4 weeks, still not able to change a tyre. I was calling them every second day for the first 2 weeks, leaving a message and details but never got a return call. When I was lucky enough to have the salesman who sold me the car answer the office phone I found out he had forgotten and hadn't even ordered anything yet. So even now, when I call Carbox, and leave my details and reason for calling, on the other end of the line, he isn't writing anything down, and he isn't going to pass a message on to the Salesman I dealt with. Probably a bit of a joke going around their office now. Don't Buy a car from Carbox, wouldn't even bother looking through their yard.
We can not expect much from sale people however it depends on each individual person. If you are lucky to find someone honest to deal with at Carbox Morley. They are quite professional to deal with the complaints so just visit other car dealers to minimize your risks. Watch out their products and record what they promised.
Attention all interstate buyers, it was difficult to deal with most of the staff here as they seem to pass the problems around. David Muir, a worst person that i have never dealt with. He would never reply email as the information from the email might against as evidence. Carbox are irresponsible for their products and the moment they received the fully pay it would be it. i was chasing for the vehicle and had no idea where it was for a month. it was a terrible experience with financial loss, stress, chasing around, complaints. Last but not least, a 18 months vehicle sold with unroadworthy tyres, no number plate. i had to tow the car to car repair to change 2 front tyres and left it there until i got a new number plate. Fair Trading did not help much, really. Pay extra $$$ to buy the vehicles in your state to avoid these unworthy people. it is your choice to make.
I went to carbox to buy a particular car I saw on car sales. If your anything like me, I'm not that keen on car salesman. But these guys were great! David helped me with a few cars to test drive and it was very relaxed with no pressure. I drove out with the car of my dreams. Thanks Dave Danny Boy for the great service and lots of laughs
I was looking for a small car, Carbox had a great range, I never seen so many nice cars in my life! The salesman was great and answered all my questions without delay . My car was clean and looked like new! would recommend them to every one
