Awful dealer! 
A kind of fraud guys gathered in there to sell poor quality cars without letting customer knows!!!
I trusted these guys and bought a Hyundai i40 from them remotely (I live in Melbourne). 
I've got following up calls and they offered me a relatively good deal included interstate shipping. However after few months I noticed the car started rubbing rear tyres threads.  After further investigation and changing tyres and get the car to a wheel alignment expert, it is found that the car rear wheel axel was broken and Giant Auto never told me. I tried to call them for after sales services and Surprisingly they ignored my calls and emails!!!
Shame on Giant Auto. This is a rip-off

Who would think servicing your car was an emotional experience ha ha! Well that's how I felt after having my car serviced with these guys. As a single lady having no idea when it comes to mechanics these guys held my hand the whole way through! I felt so looked after and cared for, they returned my car immaculately clean and the customer service was like nothing I've ever experienced before in this industry.  I will never service my car anywhere else! Thanks Giants!!

Thanks to the team at Giant Autos. Got a great deal on a Hyundai ix35 from Maurice Pace who took the time to get me the car that I needed at a great price. Also Kathy Armstrong for her assistance in explaining the after sale protecting available for the car to help maintain the new car look in the future.(tinting, paint protection, Be Smart Cosmetic Repair)
