A very efficient, professional and attentive team at the dealership made the experience super easy and stress free. I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota Scarboro. Over the past six months, I purchased six cars from them, and each one had different issues. If anyone is considering buying a used car from Toyota Scarboro, I strongly recommend having the cars inspected by a trusted mechanic first. I made the mistake of trusting them, and it cost me dearly.nnHere are the issues I faced with three of the cars:nn2018 Camry Hybrid: I bought this car without a thorough inspection, trusting the dealership. At the time of pickup, I discovered it had broken parts and safety issues.nAnother 2018 Camry Hybrid: After picking up this car, I took it to a dedicated inspection center of the DOT. The car failed the inspection, costing me $1,500.n2019 Camry Hybrid: The day after picking up this car, the engine check light came on. When I contacted the dealership, they told me I would have to wait a few days to fix the issue, which would cost me an additional $350. If I left the car with them, it could take even longer to resolve.nEach car had different issues, and I have attached pictures to show the problems. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. Please be cautious and ensure you get a thorough inspection before purchasing a used car from Toyota Scarboro.
I recently purchased a car from Scarborough Toyota and had the pleasure of dealing with Kylie and Michael. The service I received was exceptional! They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire car-buying process seamless. The car itself is great, exactly what I was looking for.
