I brought my car in for a service last Saturday and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The guys at the service desk were friendly and efficient and also my car being on a "Toyota capped price service", the price was great too!! Also a big shout out to the barista that works there, he made an awesome cup of coffee. Well done Scarboro Toyota, keep up the good work.

Just bought a brand new Yaris from Scarboro Toyota. What a sweetest experience. I was a bit anxious, thinking maybe I can wait for the Sale of End Of Financial Year? But, Hey! I found what I wanted. It's right in front of me. Love it. Want it now! They gave me a cracker deal also. The young gentlemen Tony who served me was an real professional with impeccable manner. He really knew and loved cars; patiently answered all my queries and concerns. The whole thing was totally painless. What he made the whole buying experience an extra memorable one for me was the way he presented the car to me. As promised it arrived the following week. There, in the centre of the showroom, with my name written on a stand right next to the car covered with velvety red satin; “This is your brand new Toyota! ”. He revealed it by slowly pulling the satin off. WELL!! What a thrill ! What a feeling! It was the very first time I experienced this thrill- the Brand New feeling. The thrill will stay with me for a long long time. Well done Toyota. Thank you Tony! You’ve made my day.

We had dealt with Claire O’Dea for my husbands new car purchase. She is very friendly and provided an excellent service. Very helpful in answering all questions and ensured we were informed about all details regarding warranty and car information. I would definitely do business with Toyota Scarboro again especially Claire O’Dea! Also big thank you to Natasha for assisting and helping us with finance quickly and promptly.
