Communication was top shelf - really quick responses to texts or emails! I asked if it was possible to pick up the car earlier after I scheduled an appointment, and received a response within a few minutes to say they’ll see what they can do… not even half an hour later I got a call saying it had been moved closer by a day! Then… it gets better… traffic was really light on and I arrived an hour early, but was greeted with open arms and they got me into my car within 10minutes. Absolute legends!

Staff are what make this place great. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they ensure that you get the car you're looking for without being pushy as they're not paid commission. Nice showroom. A very relaxed experience. Samuel was terrific.

I recently visited the Tesla shop, and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing detailed information about the different models and their features. The showroom itself is modern and well-organized, making it easy to explore the various options. I was particularly impressed with the test drive experience; the team ensured I was comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Overall, the customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling confident and excited about my potential Tesla purchase. Highly recommend visiting this location if you're considering a Tesla!

So helpful! The Perth service team always bend over backwards to help minimise any inconvenience. They GENUINELY care which is very rare these days. With the O’Connor Service Centre opening up soon and with the new much bigger Osborne Park site also coming online in the near future, I’m sure they will only go from strength to strength Well deserved 5/5 stars

Great venue. Friendly staff. Not pushy salesman. Was able to test drive a car, answer heaps of questions and then I went home and ordered it myself the next day online. Turnaround of less than 8wks for my delivery July 2023 order. Happy so far
