I would like to thank Josh from the Renault Suzuki team. Being a first time Renault owner I have been extremely impressed with how Josh went above and beyond to educate me about my new car. From my initial interaction Josh was patient, knowledgeable and approachable. Josh even helped me install my baby seat which I was very thankful for. To date this has been my best experience from any car dealership and sales representative. Thank you!

Josh and the team was so friendly, Gemma in the finance department friendly, Chris in the service department friendly and naturally so.  Not pushy at all, mind you there's not much to push when you want a Renault or a Suzuki.  We had our hiccups but Josh was on-it and I'm happy with my new Suzuki Swift Turbo (with the spoiler that caused him grief).  Great yard, great service, cant wait to see the up-graded premises so you all have room to move.  Jacquie

They are friendly, the lounge is comfortable but they did carry out the wrong service on my car and I ended up waiting nearly 4 hours more than expected to drive away.

Ie booked the 10k service, discussed it at the desk when dropping off keys, had the 3k complimentary service that just checks to see everything is in working order performed  instead.
-not time efficient
-no offer of a courtesy car or ride to the train station made.
-disorganised

In their defence I was initially going to wait while they serviced my car as I had a day off and needed it in the afternoon, but i did have to change plans as I didn't get my car till much later

So happy with my experience with this dealership. Josh was so helpful and when I picked up the car they made a huge effort to make it feel special. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Well, as the old saying goes: Never trust a car salesman.
But this particular car salesman is my Son, Joshua Keats, whom I happen to trust implicitly.
From entering the Car Showroom, simply to grab a free coffee and a chat, to leaving with an unexpected and surprisingly generous Trade-In offer and a signature on the dotted line for my Suzuki Vitara, Josh was the epitome of professionalism and charm throughout. 
Even the coffee was top notch (although I noticed he didnt make it�) 
Thanks to my boy, Josh, for always making sure his Mum gets a good deal.
