Im writing this review to express grave concern about the quality of service I received at Osborne park Kia, it started with my claim last may 2023 where I lodged a warranty claim and spoke with a kia rep named chris who looked into my claim and I was told I was did have a warrantable claim as I was concerned about the rust on the top corner of my vehicle above the windscreen. Whilst chris was good at talking he was terrible at following through with his word and after 3 months when I followed up this claim I had found chris had quit and left no information about my warranty claim with Kia as if it had simply vanished into thin air. I was then referred to matt whom asked me to bring my vehicle into the dealership for the fourth time and he took some photos as the photos I had taken and emailed were not sufficient. After some time I was told it was difficult to arrange repairs for my vehicle as it was been arranged for repair by a 3rd party, by this time it was Christmas and I was told it may not be possible unti after the break. I yet again followed up my claim and I was referred to a kia specialist who dealt with warranty claims she then made a plan and it seemed like something was finally going to happen, a couple months go by and I receive a call from Kia to book my car in for repairs and the earliest date I could be booked on was in april which I was more than happy to hear. Unfortunately after the 3 day repair had been completed for some reason the repairs had been made on my roof rack which at no moment or mention was made or anything concerning the roof rack, My family and I have been through a complete roller-coaster of ineptitude from osborne park Kia I have lost all faith with them. Its unfathomable that a completely random repair had been done on a part that had not been mentioned at all, its just unbelievably incompetent and I cant understand how such a big mistake had occurred. Kia osborne park are just simply appalling and a huge waste of time, effort and money. I attached photo of the rust that is still there and unrepaired,nRegards,nHarry Vincent.nnRego 1GOS998
Scott Harvey at Osborne Park Kia provided a seamless vehicle selling experience. His professionalism, politeness, and thoroughness made the process easy, efficient, and stress-free. But what I most appreciated was his patience and personal empathy because my vehicle was still under finance and needed some outside-the-box thinking. Very happy and would have no hesitation recommending Osborne Park Kia and specifically Eric Zeljko.nWe went to 2 other Kia dealerships before we found a sales person who was professional and personable. Even to the point of phoning ahead and asking for a sales person who was more than 5 minutes old and actually interested in providing service.nEric did not disappoint and I am not the proud owner of an EV6 GT Line which I absolutely love driving !!nThank you.

Will be my first point of call for any friends or family looking for a car.nnOnce I decided the car was a great deal, I spoke with Brent for the finance, it was short notice and needed everything organized for June 30. Everything was seamless and easy - genuinely the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had.nnThis was my first Kia but fair to say I will be a repeat customer and Kia is now one of my preferred car brands after such a fantastic experience.nnI don't normally write long reviews but felt compelled to share the positive experience.nnAsk for Darren to buy a car and any finance needs Brent was amazing!
