This was my first experience going through a Kia dealership and it was so smooth and professional. Aron the salesman provided exceptional customer service and made the whole process very easy for me. He went out of his way and landed me the car I was wanting a Kia Stonic. He provided a very personalised experience and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. I am very happy with both the service I received and my new car!

Osborne Park Kia has to be one of the best car dealerships that I have ever dealt with and the team made the whole car buying process actually quite enjoyable and that's saying something for me! Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, they kept us updated every step of the way and the service was genuinely friendly, yet professional. I collected my Kia Seltos this weekend and the guys had even put a birthday card in it for me I had mentioned it was my birthday next week. I would especially like to thank Eric, Reece and Brent for the exceptionally high standards of customer care that they gave to myself and my husband. The guys here are awesome we felt like we got the royal treatment when we picked up our car. Eric the salesman and Brett the finance person who sorted out our insurance were hilarious, professional, friendly and just top class. Would definitely recommend going with them and ask for Eric and Brett. Eric went through all the specs and took lots of photos for me. We spent most of the time laughing whilst he informed us on all the specs and warranty info. Brett was lovely talking about his family. It really made us feel like we had known them both for a while and this wasn't just a transaction. Gold standard service here. Thanks Eric and Brett you both are amazing!! 10/10
My very first Kia Car Service Experience. Excellent 3 months Complimentary Kia Car Service. I enjoyed a chai latte in the Customer Lounge while they did the service very efficiently and within 75 minutes while I waited. They even washed my car and vacuumed inside which I wasn't expecting. The only negative is the lack of parking,but I can forgive that. Was advised about a recall to be fixed and was supposed to be 30min minimum to under an hour. Ended up being 1 hr 20 minutes even though I brought it in before appointment time and still had to follow up.
Had my LDV T60 serviced and some warranty work done. Great communication and very reasonable price. Will definitely be getting next service done by them. The team I dealt with were very friendly and efficient.
