I recently purchased a vehicle from Platinum Auto Sales. Love the car. The price was very competitive and the service was excellent. They had a great range and also washed the car because it had dust on it from the Collier rd roadwork construction. I would highly recommend them.

I would rate negative star if it's possible. Not recommend! Staff was very rude when we were there to look for used car. They will not discuss the price or let you know the change over price if you do not intend to make the decision straight away. They think that there is no point to talk about it if you are not ready to make a deal right away. Please be realistic! Who would buy a car straight away without having a look around and compare the deal? (Maybe their manager Justin would) You will also get told off if you trying to negotiate! Was told by the sales rep. that all their cars are unregistered. So their advertised price is misleading. You will need to add registration/rego fees on top.

Disgusting service. Went into look at a car for myself with my father. They assumed he was just comparing prices to his car and accused us of having no interest in buying a car. The dust inside one of the prados suggested it was a previous mine car, we stated that and the arrogant sales rep informed us that it was a previous boreal brick car and then proceeded to be rude to my father trying to justify, the fact that it was $33,000. Rather than being friendly and suggesting other cars, he rudely kept arguing with my father. Being a sales rep you should understand how to capably deal with stern customers. Very poor service. We called the office and the receptionist continued to tell us that we had no interest in a car and that we did not believe the sales rep who told us the car wasnt an ex miner, we didn't say it wasn't we simply said the dust might as well make it an ex miner then we looked at the Forrester and Cruze that were also in the yard. WE DID HAVE INTENT TO BUY A CAR BUT THE SALES REPS WOULD NOT HELP US IN SELLING US A CAR. When we tried to write a review, they harrassed us constantly, calling telling they would sue us for damages when this is exactly what happened. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any sales department car or other. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ANYONE TRYING TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW WILL BE HARRSSED ALSO!

Bought a vehicle from Platinum Automotive Sales. I dealt with Sales Manager Justin, was very happy with the great service and love the car. I would recommend Justin and the guys at Platinum Automotive sales to all looking for a great second hand vehicle.
