Without even having my car booked in, David the foreman managed to get someone to give me a lift to work and promptly identified a loose bolt that was causing a terrible vibration and noise in the front left of my C70. Not only did they fix it, wash the car, and have it ready in a flash. They also cancelled the special order part that I had ordered the previous day without penalty. “We’re here to help” was David’s explanation. I have never received such outstanding service from any mechanic, let alone a dealership. You might argue that they are doing it to build reputation in their new location, but one thing you cannot fake is caring about your customer. Previously I have only ever dealt with Tamika Oliver whose knowledge and service is always exemplary, but I am starting to discover that this culture runs a lot deeper than one person. Well done guys! You have given me hope that customer service is not dead!
