Fantastic service by a number of staff before Xmas. Thank you Lisa? for taking the extra time to wrap the bought item in black plastic so the recipient could not see it. Will refer ppl to this particular store!
Was refused price-match because sales person wouldn't have enough commission. Was after 3 Sony speakers which were $68 in another store and $99 at JB HI-FI, the price is current, it is in stock in a local store Officeworks and not an online order, met all their price match policy, but was refused price match on my third item because he won't make enough commission otherwise. Would've shopped at Officeworks but came to JB because service was pretty good in the past, but obviously not now. Not even sure if it's legal when the policies are all adhered to but refused service on those reasons. Will still come back but probably won't deal with the same guy since I've had great experiences in the past but this is an absolute turn off. Guy took off his tag to hide his name because he knew this was going to happen. Shop carefully guys.
Bought this earbuds last 7 months ago from jb hifi malaga. Now right side ear bud is ran out of charge after 3,4 minutes with fully charged. Clean up all the connectors which I shouldn't be doing. But it all the same over 100 times. Paid 250. Personal Precious tool for FIFO life and now I can't use it. Talked with the manager Alex and he said that manufacture warranty is only 3months which I've never been told and acknowledge at the time of purchase. Now I have to pay for repairs and wait for next 2,3 weeks. I'm going for fair trading and fix this for sure. Please, Make sure you guys do the right thing. But I or my friends will never buy anything from jb hifi malaga in the future. Customer service is very low as well. Bottom to the manager. Looked like we owe the money to them .. .
No complaints. Deal was pretty good and the staff assistance was pretty good as well. There was literally nothing I could complain about. Happy to go back there

Ladies at checkout counter too busy chatting amongst themselves while customer waiting then they act angrey cos we looked a bit dissapointed So we walked out and gonna buy our tv 85 inch from else wer. Instead of saying r u ok or sorry wer too busy talking as of wer not at work she turns it on me acting angry towards a willing paying customer . Low level customer service was made to feel like im bothering people wer i should ne helped through my purchase
Has everything you need from games to Cds Dvd bluray tv my local where I go for my Cds games etc. Highly recommended always great friendly and extremely helpful staff to ask. I needed specific cables for my tv setup and not the general run of the mill type setup as have an old tv and needed specific cables to interface to my other equipment. Was easily found with a smile and genuine interest in the setup i had and recommended a different cable which was a better quality thanks Josh!!
After having a difficult conversation with Robin yesterday who refused to understand an invoicing error done by the staff member, i was assisted by two lovely ladies Lisa and Hayley today who not only understood the issue but resolved it with utmost importance. Thank you for your help in resolving a very technically challenging issue. You both have a winner’s attitude, and I appreciate the fact that you take your customers seriously.
