Helpful staff that really know what they are talking about. I've received lots of great advice from these guys. They also take the time to help if you have any issues. It's a much better experience than buying from a large retailer

Never seen service like this. Bought the wrong battery probably my fault. The owner drove in on a Friday night and opened up in the dark and pouring rain just to swap it out for me. I was amazed, and it meant I had it for my trip up North which I took same night. Definitely shop here, great people.

Was caught out in Broome when i left my charger in Perth and drove up north. Messaged Drone Shop Perth and they made sure they got one posted same day! The service was incredible even when i was a little pushy. A great professional and helpful team.

Awesome experience me and my brother had today at the drone shop, staff were willing to wait until i got there stuck in traffic before closing when i was only going to get some new blades for a DJI Mini by the time we left we’d spent $2000 on the new Avata and some accessories the staff were great thanks for a wonderful time we’ll be back for sure.

Customer service through the roof will definately be back highly recommended.
