Really helpful service. We went in for a monitor and came out with a much cheaper phone plan and a free phone on order.

Good service when sorting out my mum's phone, however terrible service today when asking to match a game price from Big W to use a JB gift card - spoken to like a child and un-coorperative.

I had to return a laptop as some of the keys weren't working. It was exchanged no problems. I have found the staff always most helpful, friendly and professional; I always recommend this store. Special thanks to Drew who was extremely helpful with my laptop drama.
