Tom, Tom, Tom... this incredible human is the guru of the TV and tech department at JB HI-FIs Whitfords. I came in to decide what kind of TVs i needed for our new house and walked out with over $15k of goods.nI loved how he broke down the tech part of each TV and helped me figure out which bits were important considerations for my family.nNo pushy-ness, just simple, authentic, fact-based sales. What I loved the most was how he used his initiative to meet my needs. It may have resulted in a lower price sale in one area but paid dividends because I ended up buying most of the electrical items for our new house.nThanks Tom Thomas

Michael has been an absolute legend in assisting me with an issue that I had with some Bose earbuds. Without his help, I would still be holding on to some faulty earbuds as a third party insurance company was stalling. I feel I must comment on the service I received when I returned a faulty gimbal.nI only wish it had been recorded as it would have made an amazing training tutorial.nThe staff member Aspen’s handling of the situation was exemplary. She, and later Gabriell  Possibly her senior went to great effort to find a replacement, all the time communicating brilliantly and making me feel that my issue was important to them personally.
