This JB Hi-Fi has a pretty tall atrium it shares with the Goodlife Health Club upstairs. This was where I got my Google Pixel along with the case, and although I've generally been happy with their service and the quality of their products, for the phone in particular there weren't really many options to choose from. Usually has products faster than most other places and pretty easy to navigate, also has a plus being right next to the food court.

These guys gave me a fantastic deal on my Microsoft Surface, and even beat the price they already had discounted after Harvey Norman's had offered a cheaper price by $50. It was nice that they actually went to the level of discounting beyond what we we're offered to give us more of an incentive to buy from them as opposed to a "price match"

Extremely disappointed. There is no one to pick up the phone in your store. No one picks up the phone at the head office. So I have to go into the store just to ask if I can have a loan phone while I send my Google phone away to be replaced. The guy says yes of course just bring in your receipt. So make the effort to come back into the store a second time with the phone now completely wiped with my receipt, and some other guy tells me that I do not have access to a loan phone and that it's not even an option for me to pay for it. I bought my phone outright from your shop. Spent over $1000 then there's a factory fault (no sound at all, calls don't work, defeats the purpose of a phone) and I have to go a week without a phone. Then I'm told to go organise something. I don't have a spare phone because it was stolen. Are you serious jbhifi?? Worst customer service, the guy was looking at me as if it was my fault I don't have a back up phone. I tell him again what the other guy told me and he gives me the lamest apology. Then i actually have to ask him to give back me my receipt back. No way I'm trusting your staff to send my phone in it will definitely take more than a week for this unorganised bunch to have my replacement phone.There is absolutely no benefit to buying phones from jbhifi. Buy it direct from the company, at least then you will get a replacement immediately. And you won't have to make multiple visits for a simple question.

Waited for a salesperson to assist us and even when they voice page for someone to come to our section, still no one came so we left very disappointed. Weatherill Park and Merrylands branches so much better customer service. Not coming back to this one.

0 for STAFF. Rude and irresponsible.
Took my PS4 For repair (in warranty).
Told them my CD is stuck inside and console is not turning ON. When i went back to pickup my console they said CD will be inside the console. I got home and turned on the console CD wasn’t inside the console.
Called them and they put me on HOLD for 30+mnts and at the end i had to end the call.
Called them again and they put me on Hold again for 20mnts and i had to end the call again.
Went to store and i had to explain the whole story again and again to 3 different people.
