I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience shopping at JB HiFi in Top Ryde, and I can't help but share my positive review. This large store offers an incredible range of products, including coffee machines, computers, TVs, mobile phones, Apple computers, gaming accessories, and gaming consoles. It's a one-stop shop for all your tech needs!nnFirst and foremost, I was impressed with how well the store was presented. It was clean, tidy, and everything was organized in a way that made it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. It's always a pleasure to shop in an environment that is well-maintained and visually appealing.nnThe highlight of my shopping experience, however, was the exceptional staff at JB HiFi. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful, but one individual stood out in particular. His name was Alex, and he was truly excellent. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to assist me and my family.nnAlex spent a considerable amount of time explaining the differences between various gaming consoles to us. He patiently answered all of our questions and even took the time to engage with the kids, discussing the pros and cons of different options. His expertise and willingness to provide information beyond what was expected was truly impressive.nnDealing with Alex was an absolute pleasure. He was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. He made us feel valued as customers and took the time to ensure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. It's rare to find someone who is so passionate about their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.nnOverall, my shopping experience at JB HiFi was fantastic and fun, largely thanks to Alex's exceptional service. I left the store feeling impressed and satisfied with my purchase. I believe that having more staff like Alex in the sales and customer service industry would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.nnA big thank you to Alex from the Gaming section at JB HiFi in Top Ryde. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of electronic devices or gaming equipment. You won't be disappointed!
Went there to buy tv and sound bar. Tv is too big for me to take home. But their delivery people are very bad. And last minute delays and delays. You had to leave your job and waste the whole day to wait at home!!! Sound bar is small and should let us take home ourselves. But they didn't tell you the sound bar delivered from different people and you have to wait and wait again for the second delivery. Very stupid arrangement. And they still charge you two delivery fees!! Better to go to other retailers from now on.
I contacted the JB HI FI online team to price match, but unfortunately, they were unable to do so. However, we did come to a fair agreement. The link I provided for the price match was valid for the entire day, allowing me to plan my purchase accordingly. To cover most of the cost, which was over $1500, I purchased gift cards from a trusted source. I only needed to pay $3 more, which I intended to do using my credit card for a split payment.nnAfter the transaction, I received a notification that my order was canceled due to a $3 payment billing address mismatch issue. I have been trying to resolve this for the past 24 hours, as it was a simple transaction for a one-hour store pickup from TOP RYDE. Unfortunately, JB HI FI's customer service has been difficult to reach. There is no phone number to contact, and the chat service is not working with the verification team. Each email I send has an expected response time of 24-48 hours.nnSince I cannot get a refund on the gift cards, I am stuck dealing with their mistake. They are asking for my bank details and a matching billing address, which I have provided, but their verification team has been extremely rude and unhelpful. They are not allowing me to provide an alternative mode of payment. I am unsure of what to do as a customer in this situation. My experience with JB HI FI has been extremely poor.
Me and my friend have been well looked after and served by Angelique who provided such excellent service with a warm smile all the way. Leaving the store with all our needs met.nnKeep up the great work Angelique and I hope to be served by you again in the future!
Stock standard JBHIFI. Click and collects can take a very long time waited up-to 25 minutes previously.nGood selection of items with friendly sales staff. Worth asking for a price match or best price.
