I love this store! I purchased a TV and a laptop there in the last couple of months. Good prices and product range and a big shout-out to the IT sales guys, great tech knowledge, and helpful without being pushy or condescending to boomers like me! My first choice for major electrical appliances and IT purchases.

Absolutely awful customer service, I stood at the laptops waiting for someone to be free to help me and when I asked for help from the three staff members standing in a circle talking about Christmas they said they were busy helping others then I saw them all walking in circles around the laptops not helping customers and offering help to other customers. Do better JB, I've never experienced that before in any other stores.

Great selection. Friendly service. I bought my last ASUS computer there. The sales team is knowledgeable. The camera section has choices for every budget. White goods are located towards the end of the shop of right. LPs selection is okay but not too specific to a specific music genre. Covid19 procedures are in place. Good work!

Staff were extremely helpful. Bought a TV but realised I ordered the wrong one. Staff were super accomodating and allowed me to change the order with no fuss. Darius in particular was the most helpful and accomodating.

I would never buy computer from JB hi-fi.  I bought a dell alienware from them, and it got issue just over 1y manf warrenty. JB Hifi will help you to repair it, but no ETA and the wait time and it can be few weeks from what they told me.  This is not acceptable and they should tell customer before they buy it.  For anyone consider buying a computer, you should go somewhere else, avoid JBHIFI. I could have bought via dell and their will fix it in days.

Very sociable and welcoming staff.  Happy to answer customer questions, helpfully.  Allowed me freedom to browse without spying on me.  Wonderful array of merchandise, much very fairly priced.  Clean and tidy store.

I am computer illiterate and needed some help with accessories for my tablet and phone.  I spoke to Liam at Chatswood Westfield and he was VERY helpful, and he showed me some very useful shortcuts that I did not know about.  Thanks Liam.  You are my go-to person from now on.

Their level of service has improved massively since a few years ago. Staff actually want to serve you! I don't know what management has done, but it's definitely the right thing!

Lots of Apple products are out of stock, which are in stock in other JB Hi-Fi stores. Back orders are experiencing long waits, much longer than their initial estimation.
