The shop at Chatswood is one of the best of Shaver Shop. It is well connected to nearest terminals which makes it easier for me to travel to and fro from my house. The staff is very good and cooperative.

Purchased a German made set of razors from this shop. My wife went in today to exchange as tbey don't cut properly. The "stand in Manager" Peter said he can't offer an exchange or money back as we used the item. Peter had a very bad attitude. I think his "stand in Manager" title went to his head! Peter was as not interested in helping my Wife was rude and uninterested. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC as I know my consumer rights. Peter "Stand in Manager" is about to recieve a consumer rights lesson. Do not purchase from this shop there is "NO" after sales service!!!
