The guy who runs the shop is very professional and offers an exceptional customer service. The price of products are competitive and in fact the lens and tripod I got here was way cheaper than the ones sold at popular electronic stores. They offered me a nice little camera bag as a compliment as I didn't have a bag for my camera when I visited them. Neat! Highly recommended!

Very embarrassing experience for me. 1. I went to this shop in the morning because I urgently needed my ID photo printed. The staff left me several times during the process without any contact with me and went to introduce products to other customers, while I just stood in front of the computer with no idea what to do next. 2. Secondly, he refused to print out the photo ID I had used many times in the past two years including my student ID, driving licence, visa etc. and kept complaining loudly that too much photoshop had been done for this photo the last photo studio worker had done this photo not me, so a new photo had to be taken on site. 3. Thirdly, after the photos had been processed, I asked him if I could get a digital copy, but he continually and repeatedly complained to me about not having stated it to him earlier and charged an extra ten bucks when it might have only required a click on the mouse at his fingertips. I think it is essential to explain the whole service and price to the customer in advance.  A very poor experience, and although he reminded me that he did not mean to cause me any trouble, it made me feel disrespected and embarrassed.

Came into the store looking for some camera gear and was greeted by Ned, had the best service, he was knowledgeable with cameras and very patient with me. Ned gave me an amazing customer experience, I will definitely be coming back here again!

Very poor quality photography. I went there to get a passport photo for my five year old. Once printed, the photo was pale looking with law quality printing, his thick back hair looked whitish. When asked the young lady photographer sad it was  due to the reflection of light, and the other old staff member just laughed saying they always love to make people's faces angel looking, referring to the pale whitishnes. I just throw away the photos and did DIY with Kmart...much better.

Was greeted by the enthusiastic Ned that provided superb advise. Similarly, Jaimie was nothing but professional, patient, and entirely generous with advice for photo services. Would have given 10 stars for this superb team.

I recently was trying to find a Cannon M50 ii and they were very hard to put hands on.  Ned from Chatswood took the time with me to track one down, make sure that I was happy with the extra effort required to get it and make sure that I was looked after.  Thank you very much

Good store where the staff is usually experienced - but the customer service is ALWAYS awful. You can spend up to 20 minutes waiting at an empty cash register for staff to stop talking to a customer. Only ever 2 staff on the floor and it always takes ages.

Have had good experience in the past. But on a recent visit was completely ignored for 25 minutes while they served other customers. No eye contact, no engagement to say they would help me next. Abysmal service and will never return.

Called ahead and asked if they would be able to do passport photos according to Dutch specifications and was reassured that they could do passport photos for any country. Went into the store and was told the same thing. The photos were then rejected by the embassy as they did not fit the specifications and I had to go and take new photos somewhere else which were cheaper, faster, and actually fit the requirements I needed. Waste of $20.

TED's team is the best and sweet. They were really friendly and accommodated us very quickly. Their pricing is absolutely perfect with no dramas unlike others.
