I found one particular staff to be very helpful and friendly - and those at the desk, even if a bit more shy, were still helpful on a late Thursday night. Ordered in exactly what I needed, and the process was nice and quick. Looks a bit lonely on the 5th floor, but keep it up guys!

Don't be fooled by their sale prices. Check online with other stores before you purchase. Their so called "sales prices" could very well be equal to the normal prices of other stores.

Delivery Guys are very rude , they don’t value our time & don’t have common sense to talk to people. They dint deliver the product with all accessories. I ordered washing machine from bing lee chatswood , they charged me $60 as delivery charges but got very rude service in return. I will not go to bing lee again as long as I have other options.

Went in store to order an appliance but it wasn't in stock so they proceeded to order it for me - was told I would receive a call in 10 days. Put the deposit down and called many times over the next month, asking where it was. Over a month later, called and was advised it has been in stock for the last 2 weeks and I never received any call letting me know. Don't waste your time.
