This guy is an idiot! He uninstalled my OS without doing any backups to any of my files, and had the nerve to say that that's not a standard procedure! Wtf??? Now all my files are lost, including very important official documents. I can live without photos and music, but give me back my files!!! And he asked me to go to a data recovery specialist, which would probably cost a fortune. Seriously not qualified to have a computer servicing shop if you don't even know the basics of backing up files before you do any uninstalling/reinstalling.
