I purchased the Momentum 4 headphones for a 33 hour train trip, 2 days after I got them they stopped working. Tried logging the fault online but have heard nothing back except the automated response. I called them on Friday as the trip is on Sunday and was advised to return them to the online store and buy some from a physical shop and wait for a refund. He wasn't even apologetic about it. Not everyone has another $550 to drop on headphones while they wait for a refund, mate... So incredibly disappointed...
Order replacement parts for our headphones. Telephone service was prompt and helpful and although we had to wait a few weeks for the items to become available, when they did they were dispatched quickly and arrived safely. Good job
The RS 120 ii headphones are reasonably easy to set up although the instructions could be a little more detailed. Sound quality is fine as you would expect from Sennheiser. The big problem is how easily they slip off your head if you lean forward and no way to make them tighter.
I am Favorably impressed with the Fast-Delivery-Time I received from Sennheiser of the replacement Padded Earphone-Pads I needed for my old reliable Sennheiser Headphones which needed replacement after all these years . When I fitted them to my Sennheiser Headphones it is now like having a Brand-New Pair of Headphones all over again. Thank you Sennheiser for such Great Service.
My MOMENTUM ture wireless was not working so that i brought it to Sennheiser Australia to have repair. Although they said there was their head office not the place doing repair services but still kindly help me to send it to their technical services which can help with repair. I dropped in my earphone there on Monday and Friday i got it back. And I surprised cause i thought they will send the same product but not, they sent the MOMENTUM true wireless 2 because of the MOMENTUM true wireless first gen i did buy with around 400$now is 99$. They said that was equivalent product, that means i got a free product upgrade so that i leave this comment with thankful. Will consider Sennheiser first when looking for any audio product just because of this great after-sales service. Well, product quality is good also

RS 175-U Wireless Headphones Very pleased with my purchase. The sound quality is exceptional and I am very happy with the long battery life. A great product that turns any headphone, RCA or Digital port into the convenience of wireless.
Easy purchase and quick delivery directly from Sennheiser. The HD560S has great sound quality and excellent imaging, but the included cable is insanely long like 3m.
I purchased replacement covers for my earphones i used a coin so the scale can be seen. They arrived quickly and inside a padded envelope which was then placed inside a cardboard box. I am very impressed, there isnt a postal service on this planet that could have damaged my product. Not only that but i have had these earphones for over 3 years and the only problem i have is that i lost the rubber cover... that alone was impressive to me.
Do not buy. I purchased a set of Sennheiser Sports CX headphones which stopped working after two runs. I returned the device as instructed by Sennheiser a week later. Fast forward two months and seven attempts to get information on how things were progressing, I have still heard nothing from the company. I can only assume Sennheiser have no intention of providing the goods they promise or intend to follow Australian Consumer Law. I can only recommend steering clear of their products.
