I had a simple and probably stupid query regarding my phone Note3 and the lady who served me was lovely. I think her name was Niki. She made me feel really comfortable and we had a nice chat after my problem was solved.  I would highly recommend this store to anyone living nearby because they actually care about their customers.

The team here have proven helpful and knowledgeable on two separate occasions. They helped me get a new phone and set it up, explaining all the features in detail. Then, they helped me locate a cord for an older Samsung device, testing one from their stocks and then finding the same one online for me to order. Great service. Be prepared to wait as this is a busy little kiosk and staff are always in demand. Worth the wait!

I went here to buy a case and a screen protector for my S9 which would have cost me about $90 to $100 combined.  While I was quickly making my decision , the sales assistant said 'oh, I'll just attend to this guy' .  The other guy then proceeded to ask a million questions about screen protectors and I just stood there for a long , long time waiting for the guy who should have finished serving me to grace me with his presence again.   I left and went elsewhere for my purchases.

Chatswood Samsung saved my life for what I needed done. Leader James did a fantastic job, I could not explain the whole process in detail. It was such an experience to have Samsung staffs around to help.  A most satisfactory job well done. My thumbs up for James and Murray

An awesome team who take good care of their customers - they go out of their way to help you and give such good advice. My partner and i drove a long way to get here we needed to drop off a faulty samsung to be returned- we were at Samsung parramatta on another day who did not advise that you needed to make an appointment to send your phone away we found this out upon arrival at Chatswood Samsung. The phone was already backed up and all we needed to do was send it off. However they made an exception to assist us and process our return - which we greatly appreciated ad it saved us another long drive and a return trip. Great customer service, thank you very much

James was outstanding in resolving and organising my newly acquired Samsung Galaxy Note 8.  He went over and above in advising tips and tricks that now will make our lives easy and enjoyable.  I would not hesitate in recommending Samsung Chatswood to my colleagues, friends and family as a processional store to visit.  I would also like to thank Don for his assistance and patience.

I was having an 'Overlay detection' problem & as a result, I was unable to use my phone. I saw Chloe at Samsung Chatswood and she solved the issue with minimal fuss. She was courteous, polite and very considerate. I thank Samsung for employing excellent staff like Chloe....Thank You....

I have been to this store so many times now and everytime they make me so happy with their extraordinary services! I went to fix an issue with bixby and was really embarassed to ask it to the team but they were very approachable and super patient. This is my place to go if i have any slightest issues with my phone and i tend to ask a loooottttt of questions but the team is very patient and well informed. Last time i went to buy a charger and they were out of stock and they offered to charge my phone while i go shopping and it was a great help! I was told i will receive an email for a survey but i never received but i really wanted to thank the team so here it is
