I was helped by Jerry and Katie at this store when buying a new camera and lens. As others have mentioned, they were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Happily matched prices and answered all my silly questions, gave me tips and honest recommendations - I was prepared to buy a more expensive camera, but after chatting with them they helped me realise it was more than I need, by letting me test various combinations of camera body and lens. Also mentioned that I could call them or go in there any time with questions on camera/lens use etc. Extremely impressed!

Awesome experience all round! I've spoken with a fair few retailers and done a lot of research, but by far the team at the Sony stand were the most knowledgable, helpful and caring, taking the time to discuss my particular needs and recommending an amazing solution! Thanks in particular to Kate for help setting up my new Sony camera!

Warning! This store has a no refund or exchange policy. Strongly recommend going to any other retailer that does. It's not worth it.

Very disappointed. I purchased an accessory for my Sony A7Sii, which was not suitable. When I attempted to return it they said they do not offer refunds or exchanges. I've never heard of this in Australia, I didn't even think it was legal. Was going to purchase the Sony G Master 16-35 f2.8 from them next but I won't be supporting this store anymore.
