Went in due to back camera issue, told me they can't fix it due to a screen crack as they have to open the screen (front camera) first to get to the back. But i said i don't want to get my screen fixed and they said sorry that's all we can do for you. The customer service here is YUCK! Now i have a phone with no camera functions, no work as I'm involved in photography and you wonder why Apple is better?

Riccardo from George St branch has been super accommodating and helpful. For someone like me who has been an apple user for over 6yrs this experience has been a very smooth transition. RICCARDO has been with the company for less than 3 months but his customer service was amazing,. I believe that good employees should be commended for the good job done. I just thought I'd mention that changing from IPHONE to SAMSUNG has been the best move. Thank you again Riccardo for the assistance and your patience.

Great experience - booked in to have a cracked screen on my S8 replaced. Dropped it in around 12pm and advised it would be ready for collection by COB following business day. Three hours later contacted and advised the repair had been completed and my device ready for collection. In addition the phone battery had also been replaced. Collecting the device was equally fast with helpful service.

Brilliant customer care. Great service. I went in the shop after a bad chat with Samsung online customer care and this was just a stark contrast to how the online customer care was. Two folks took good care of me. Understood my problem completely and resolved it real quick. What a great experience!
