Shonky Products & Service. Purchased an Item with the understanding that will return if not working. Called same day due to non performances. Manager approved only a partial refund as he say the rest is Company policy.

I have been going to the Gore Hill shop for years and I have always found the staff at Gore Hill to be polite and helpful. Some have really gone out of their way to help me to get a part in quickly when needed. 

For me, the only downside is the limited parking available. In busy periods it can be very hard to park there, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

They are horrible, they just rip you off. I bought a $130 Drone from here from an unknown drone brand thinking it would be good bunch just a day later i was not even controlling the drone and it just crashed and it broke. Next day I tried to get my money back but they would not let me. If you want to get good drones go to JB HI FI they do not rip you off like Jaycar Electronics.
