JB Hi-Fi

I purchased an HTC u ultra on October. Not the best battery ever but usable. On january i had to charge the battery 3 times a day so i decided to make It fix because was obviously a manufacturing defect. 1 week later I went to take my phone. Before i left the store i checked It to be sure that everything was ok. The phone got a big scratch all over the top of the phone. The offered me a partial refund (100 dollars, the phone is 500). I refused the offered and I'm waiting for the manager (idk why actually) to get in touch with the guy Who fixed my phone and maybe refund me. Now they offered me 200 dollars as refund. So they sold me a phone with issue, they scratch my phone and they are trying to avoid a full refund. GJ JB

I went into the store looking to buy a number of products for the Collaroy Cougars Christmas Raffle. I had a couple of questions and was helped by Jono and Jimmy. I could not be happier, Jono knew and answered every question I had across a range of different products from different sections (Iphone, laptops, Bluetooth speakers, Drones etc) of the store, Jimmy was honest , knowledgeable and supported the Cougars in a big way. I called two Harvey norman stores to purchase a samsung tablet...no stock and vague answers. I called JB Hifi at Warringah Mall and Steve in the IT dept advised me good price, checked stock physically in store then put it aside for me. $779 to JB Hifi so thanks steve legend service

I came here at 11:30am on a Thursday, barely anyone in the store. I was there to pick up an online order, so made my way to the online pick ups. There was one guy ahead of me getting served. The representative looked over and even made eye contact with me so he was fully aware I was waiting next. After he finished with the customer ahead of me, the representative disappeared out the back never to be seen again. About 5 minutes later, someone who was over at the regular counter was called over so they could use the computer at the online pickups counter (for some reason?) I continued to wait while 4 representatives crowded around the computer to help one guy with his issue and nobody asked me if I needed any help. Finally, after almost 20 minutes, someone looked up and asked what I was after. A shame I had already paid the $260 for what I was collecting.
