I like these guys. Its clean and they are very helpful and know their stuff. Price is probably as good or better than up the road.

So helpful and friendly. I was out of toner for my printer, I had tried so many places to get it, my partner suggested I try here, so I came to the store. The woman who served me called her suppliers and found it. Because I was in a hurry she arranged to get it that same day. I got a phone call 2 hours later to tell me it was there waiting for me. Thank you so much, I know where to come back. Lexie

What started out as amazing service quickly turned sour! I paid for an urgent order and was told it would arrive by 3 PM the next day. When I went to pick it up it turns out there was 'an issue with the email they sent' and the order was never even made, delaying delivery by 4 days. Frustrated and upset by the total lack of professionalism, I was told it wasn't their issue but 'it was my fault for waiting until the last minute.' I was shocked and angry by the rude office woman's defensive behaviour. Customer service fail! Please don't make my mistake and end up missing your deadline - walk up the road to Officeworks where they know how to send emails, are kind and you can even save money.
