I went down to get a replacement s-pen for my note9 and did some browsing for some new Samsung accessories. All the staff are friendly and well informed. Shub is an excellent representative for Samsung and the visit was short and sweet. Great experience, thanks!
Absolute shameful treatment at this outlet. Avoid at all costs. They refused a simple battery replacement for my S3 gear watch I received as a gift, purely because I didn't have a receipt for the purchase. I was told to do a 3rd party repair as Samsung refused to have anything to do with my watch, even though it had been purchased at their outlet less than 24 months ago. The watch has now had to be thrown out. Complete waste of money. I certainly will not be making any other purchases from this outlet and will encourage everyone I know locally to avoid.
My phone suddenly went off when I was charging it. I started an online chat with Samsung and they suggested to make an appointment in a Samsung store. I did, I went to the one at Warringah Mall. I told them that my phone had less than 1 year so it was still within the warranty period. I also mentioned that I just came back from holidays and my phone died before I could sync my photos therefore I was worried to loose all my trip photos. They said that if they send it for assessment then they will reset it and I will loose everything so he suggested to take my phone to a repair shop to see if they can recover my photos and then take the phone to Samsung with my proof of purchase. I did that, I couldn't recover anything, so I took it back to Samsung. Later, a technician from Samsung called me saying that due a 3rd party manipulation the warranty will not cover anything. I was totally shocked because I did what a Samsung employee suggested to do. The technician confirmed that the procedure was not the correct, that I got wrong indications. I'm very disappointed about the customer service that I received that time in the Samsung Store. This person was a tall and thin guy, he was wearing glasses and I think his name is Jye.
Very good experience. I used their services three times. Twice with broken screen - it was cheap and took them 2-3 days to have the fixed phone ready for pickup. And i did not loose the waranty. Third time they helped me a lot with an issue with my old S7 and replaced it on the spot. Thanks guys.
Absolutely stunning customer service from Reegan regarding my phobe repair. He was polite, helping and simple great with his knowledge. I had experienced my local store for the same problem and disappointed but this guy changed my views about Customer service and care. Thank you Reegan.
Almost two weeks I dropped my iconx earphones in with a connectivity issue. Did not hear from them for a week. When I went in to check on the progress they said they didn't know what was happening and advised me to call samsung care, after the visit I got a message saying they cannot complete the job because there is no proof of purchase attached, it was a gift so I do not have proof of purchase, I spent 45 mins on hold while they escalated the matter and told me case worker will call me in 48 hrs. This was three days ago. No call no contact of any kind other than the automated email asking for customer feed back. I have had ongoing issues with product since I have received it as a gift in 2017. Very disappointed with level of care from warringha mall samsung center and the over all response or lack of.
Very unhelpful. The keypad on my S7 had a meltdown, it's in warranty, you can't type anything, enter an 'A' and a totally diff random letter shows! They acknowledged phone was ABSOLUTELY useless except to receive calls, wanted to send it away for 10 days first, have their tech lab confirm it's useless, at Christmas/holiday time. Waste of time going to them. This is my 2nd Samsung, first had to be replaced due to fault. I'm getting iPhone.
A recently had an issue with a product i purchased from brookvale. The manager , Rachel McLellan was not only knowledgeable but professional and resolved my issue promptly and to my satisfaction. She made the experience satisfying and I would recommend others to use this store.
Had a great experience with Bradley at Warringah Mall Samsung, very pleasant, very patient, very knowledgeable, he fixed my Galaxy6 phones email where numerous others had failed. 10 out of 10 Bradyou are the Maestro....thank you.... Rob C
I had heaps of issues with transferring data and i came to Samsung stall in Brookvale where a friendly chap named Shub helped me in no time to copy data... fantastic job. He is sooo good and friendly. So grateful.. thanx!!!
