Jetblack Espresso is the go-to place for everything coffee related, especially if you want to make it at home! I have been really happy with my Lelit coffee machine at home which I bought here a year ago. I also attended one of the Barista courses too which was a great added service to help get the best from my machine. I go here every fortnight to pick up my regular supply of fresh coffee beans and the friendly service from Charlie, Deb and the team is always top notch! Thanks guys!

Update: Once they replied me, they were incredibly friendly and looked after me (shipped it as 2 separate items, included some free coffee beans). They had meant to email me and tell me of the slight delay, but somehow was mistaken. Looks like the online system isn't accurate for stock levels. Would recommend calling before making a purchase, said "Dispatched in 1 to 2 days" and it's now been 5 days with no communication.

Bought the Profitec pro 700 for our staff at work. Got great service from the team at Jet Black with a perfectly calibrated machine and grinder and fast shipping. Got jealous so I have now bought the same package for home!

I’m very disappointed with their service reparing my espresso machine. I bought the machine about a year ago and unexpectedly my machine started to have a problem and we wanted to take it where we bought. I knew the warranty finished but they do servicing and reparing espresso machine so I paid $168, waited them to call me what happened to the machine for 4 days. They promised many times they will have a look and give me a phone call to explain but every time I called them (4times in total) what they said is “We haven’t had time to look at it” Finally they said my machine’s repaired and I went there to pick it up drove in return 2hours. BUT they put group head seal in wrong side, I do believe they didn’t service my machine properly just took $168 from me under “Servicing and reparing” I don’t know what they did for servicing and reparing, made basic mistake and I have NO trust on them how they work. I’ll never ever go back this place. Their price of machines not cheaper compare to other suppliers. Bad experience.

Absolutely first class service all the way. I wanted a heavily modified machine and they delivered beyond all expectations, thoroughly testing the machine to make sure everything was perfect before shipping. Excellent communication throughout the process and delivered an impeccable product; as only passionate coffee perfectionists could. They stock or can deliver any product at equal or better price to anyone else, with unbeatable service and advice. I cannot recommend Charlie and the team highly enough.
