Staff were extremely helpful. After trying 2 independent retailers no one got back to me. Carpetright had the carpets fitted within a couple of weeks. Even when I realised there was no gripper down after taking up the old carpets it wasn’t a problem. The carpet fitters were also very helpful and did an excellent job. Would t go anywhere else in future.

Valuable customers? Basically ignored by staff, waited 10 mins for assistance, gave up and then left.

Very poor service. Sent a quote without carrying out a survey to take measurements which was completely wrong. When I questioned this with them, they had no answer to how come a quote was sent. Following a second visit to the store having waited over two weeks to query when they will come out to take measurements to only be told they did not have a surveryor in the area and that I had to take my own measurements, to which of course they would deny any responsibility if any measurements are wrong.

Very over priced and not free fitting as advertised. Dean thankyou for your reply but your guy instore today told me it wasnt free fitting unless i spent over £400.
We visited yesterday to get a quote for our living room carpet. Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, open and personable. We were acknowledged when we walked in, allowed to look around at our ease and then when we were ready someone came and helped us out. Just how I like to shop such items. We live in a rented property and so landlord has to approve the order before agreeing to pay, otherwise we would have ordered there and then. We will be back to place the order directly in store and we would highly recommend and would return for future projects. Thanks so much :
This has quite possibly been the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with!! Avoid at all cost! As it will cost you! I Was told I didn’t need any floor screed before fitting dry back LVT flooring by the estimator who’s been doing the job for 20years! Shocking!!! but was then told by the fitters I did which cost me £1300 more! Then the small bathroom vinyl floor I was also told I didn’t need anything under it before laying! Again I did! Another extra cost, they then delivered the wrong flooring and had to wait 4 weeks longer for it to come in which still hasn’t arrived! Still not calling me back so still waiting! Don’t bother
Seeking a new carpet for our bedroom, we were relieved that the Lewes Road branch had survived the rigours of the pandemic. We’d tried a couple of carpet outlets in Brighton over the many years we’ve lived in Brighton, and been somewhat disappointed with the service and aftercare, so this store has become our go to store now every time. We weren’t disappointed. The service was great again. Staff were friendly, approachable and respectful, and our sales advisor Phillip gave knowledgable and relevant advice without being pushy. The ordering process was straightforward, and I’m now pleased to say our carpet has arrived and is all ready for fitting, several weeks before schedule!
