Not only do they have beautiful pots, but they also have fantastic customer service.  When one of my pots was delivered with three cracks in it, I emailed and it was replaced it straight away.  Absolutely no issues.  This is my fourth pot and I'm in love

I ordered a pot on the website.  The website changed my address on entry, and got it wrong.  The new shipping fee was over 10 times what the website quoted.  To cancel the order they charged me $100, and said it was my fault for not noticing that the site changed my address.  Not a good experience - people should be aware.

The pots I bought from The Balcony Garden are fabulous, as is the customer service. I went to the showroom to select my pots and Hannah was extremely patient and helpful as I moved pots around the showroom to help make my decision! Couldn't be happier with my Choob and Loob combo that I was able to pick up on the spot and take home.

I have purchases from The Balcony Garden three times. The most recent time, I needed help with finding some pots to match my existing ones. The customer service was excellent and was able to get what I wanted. Delivery was very prompt. I will purchase from them again and recommend you do too if you want excellent quality, stylish, matching pots.

Fast delivery, excellent products and outstanding customer service. I ordered a number of pots and three of them had minor flaws in the paintwork. When I reported this they were quick to acknowledge that this was a problem and offered the choice of partial refund or replacement of all three pots.

Everything was smooth except delivery. Placed delivery for particular day but order never arrived with no contact to day off for then it arrived first thing next morning. Pots are wonderful and look amazing.

Our interaction with Balcony Garden was extremely friendly and efficient.   Hannah was a delight to deal with.  They went out of their way to accommodate us. Our pots look lovely
