I think it's really important when planning an event, especially an important day such as your wedding  to read through as many reviews before choosing your vendor. 
We have written amazing reviews for all our other vendors. 
Harbourside decorators delivered and set up the Tiffany chairs and white carpet runner on time which was great. However, despite being reassured in emails and in a phone conversation that the carpet would arrive shampooed and steam cleaned it arrived filthy. Upon providing feedback after the event in two seperate emails we finally received a response advising us that we weren't hiring new carpet. The response was not what we were expecting and feel the need to let people know that if you are considering hiring through Harbourside you should reconsider, or alternatively opt for a grey or brown carpet runner instead! Better yet, save yourself the expense and go with out a filthy carpet runner.

Rent a beautiful table and cutlery from them. Their customer service was very good and professional. Will definitely like to deal with them again. Highly recommended.

My wife and I used Harbourside Decorators / Outdoor Wedding Aisles for our wedding in Elkington Park, Balmain and reception at Leichhardt Rowing Club. It was pretty much flawless in terms of price point, service and quality, but most of all the most important thing for me was that they were completely hassle free. We didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to umbrellas (it was a rainy day), chairs, decorations, stands, and everything else which they provided. I'd recommend them at the drop of a hat.
