This morning, I have rung six Bunnings stores - to make an enquiry in the nursery department - because I’m needing three particular hedge plants.nnI have bought 13 of these shrubs from Bunnings, and I need another three - to complete the length of the hedge that I’m planting.nnFive nursery managers were ubrupt and unhelpful. nnCynthia, in the nursery at Belrose, was the most helpful person I have come across. nnShe has promised to make an enquiry with the supplier, to try and secure the extra three plants that I need.nnI’d like to give Cynthia recognition for being the most helpful nursery manager who I have come across.nnnnUPDATE :nnYesterday I called in to collect the three Lilli Pillis that Cynthia & Sharon ordered for me three weeks ago.nnThey chased the supplier to make sure that I could get the variety of Lilli Pillis I wanted - ‘Cheeky Little Red’.nnSharon rang me to let me know that they had arrived, and she labelled them, and kept them until I could pick them up yesterday.nnI’ll say again…..nI tried NINE different Bunnings stores to find these three plants - to complete a long hedge I was planting.nnSharon and Cynthia were incredibly helpful, I am grateful for their help, and it gives me pleasure to recommend them.
I had an amazing experience today at Bunning Belrose. Big Thanks to Dan and your colleagues. The service you have provided is definitely out of my expectation. excellent customer service!
There was one lady stacking shelves who asked me if I wanted help looking from something and she was upfront and told me that she’s not a horticulturist and wasn’t really able to tell me unless I knew the exact of weeds I was wanting to kill she then tell the no horticulturist are in today but then tells me that there’s a young woman in the nursery who is studying horticulturist and might be able to help me identify the weeds she didn’t even call her I had to go and find her myself but no one was there. I did try to tell the lady what the weeds look like but she still said that she doesn’t know. There should always be someone who actually knows gardening. I went home empty handed and will now have to come back another day to receive proper help who ever does the rosters at this store is not very good at it. FYI the lady who was trying to help also had to answer the work phone and was very rude the customer on the phone
Many thanks to Ali who helped us to fix the faucet of my kitchen. I originally thought that I would have to remove the faucet and buy a new one, which would cost a lot of money. But now, with Ali’s professional advice to explore solutions, we finally found the most suitable, labor-saving and money-saving solution. His service is far beyond my expectations. I never thought the Bunnings staff could do this, he was so brilliant and gave us a great experience
Wonderful service from Gus today in kitchens. What an absolute legend. So helpful in planning our upcoming kitchen remodel. Showed me the ins and outs of the range and answered all my questions and more. Thanks again
