I ordered a 5 peace outdoor setting. Table and 4 chairs. Very quick to confirm my online order. A few days later confirmation that the delivery would be today. Recieved a call last night to confirm the time this morning. Guys who delivered very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my purchase. There was just one slight issue. I replied to the email confirmation about install at an extra cost. Never recieved a reply. As it happens was not that hard to assemble the table, so would have saved some money. That said, I now have to remove all the packaging. I would still use them again.
Beautiful and quality made outdoor furniture, also customer service at the Terry Hills location is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Stevie helped us with our purchase. We bought an outdoor bar table and seats beginning of this summer and we use them everyday, unbelievably comfortable!
Update: After a call from the Manager James, he went out of his way to resolve this in the quickest manner. My new cushions arrived today. Thank you James for caring. Wont be buying from this place again, thought I was buying a quality outdoor lounge for the price, only for the cushions to go all deformed after two years. When I called to ask about purchasing new cushions I basically got told I brought the lower end of the range and that was to be expected. Sales lady had such a bad attitude and was rude.
Fantastic products. Exceptional customer service. From Stevie who looked after us in store to the delivery guys who put together our furniture and cleaned away all the packaging. A great experience from start to finish.
Cannot fault the service received from the team at Outdoor Elegance. Cannot remember the last time I received such great customer service from purchase through to deliver and after sale service. Well done guys - will definitely buy from you again and recommend you to everyone!
WORST EXPIERENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased an outdoor dining table and lounge setting 2 months ago. One of the items was pre order and when it was expected to arrive I phoned to see what date it should arrive they couldnt give me a date and kept stringing me along every week thereafter. I asked to get a refund because I did not have my items and after speaking to a female assistant at their head office she wasnt listening to me I got put through to the manager who yelled at me stating I knew it was going to be delayed etc. After a lengthy angry conversation by him he finally accepted to refund my items which in total was $6K. I emailed my complaint as no customer should be spoken to like this and followed up where my refund was and the head manager of Outdoor Elegance called me soon after confiming I want a refund and did not even bring up other complaints in my email. I think their customer service is absolutely appalling and they will refuse a refund at all costs, they just want to keep your money! I purchased beautiful outdoor furniture from Bay Gallery who have been absolutely aamzing and extremely polite. Outdoor Elegance dont care for you as a customer which was quiet obvious as the mannager read my email and ignored the fact I was quiet angry. Dont shop here it will be a headache if you need a refund or any problems occur and wouldnt recommend supporting a business that has staff that act like this I also dont beleive most of their reviews here are genuine... Great Outdoor Furniture and the Delivery team is awesome. Joe gave me a great deal on my furniture and Mitch and Matt came out to my place to deliver and install to a professional standard. From start to finish they have been wonderful.
Large range of quality products at reasonable prices- Purchased the Cebu wicker/sunbrella day bed .The quality is far superior to the large warehouse chains. Joe & the team go out of their way to make the process seamless & enjoyable.
There was a small defect on the The furniture. The shop delivered a new one to me. The guy Christian from the warehouse is very friendly and helpful. Provide a highly customer service.
