Searched around for a GPS Unit in all the Anaconda Stores in Sydney area got hold of Belrose store and a young guy named James went out of his way to check for me close to store closing time and found what I was after. He held it for me and I came in the next day to purchase. Wasn't able to give me the Club Discount though. ???nI got what I was after, after many weeks of searching and ringing around.
Welcoming staff. They say hello when you enter the shop. Good selection of fishing gear, water sport, kayak, walking shoes, tent and camping gear.
I called ahead to make sure that the store had what I wanted in my size.nJack exercised great initiative and looked up my previous purchase and then made sure that there was actually the correct pair of boots that I was after on the shelf.nOutstanding customer service.nWith staff like Jack in the team, I’ll definitely be back.
