As much as I love anaconda, they never seem to pick up the phone and items can be in stock on the website but when i go in store to purchase it, despite having checked online stock for that same store not 15 minutes before, they are out of stock. Its also pretty difficult to navigate the store in search of a particular item, and half the stuff in store isnt on the website so yeah go to BCF or Rays outdoors for a better experience

The worst customer service I have ever seen, I bought a jacket yesterday for a price, came back the next day to buy 6 for my staff and the price had changed. The staff member even took away the 50% off sign and said it shouldn't have been up. chris the team leader was highly rude. I will not shop here again

I bought a Fitbit at Anaconda Belrose in January 2016 which stopped working less than a month later. I called the store to see if I was able to return it for a refund using a bank statement as proof of purchase and the staff member told me yes and to bring it in the following day. I came in the next day (almost an hour drive) and spoke to the staff member at the front counter and explained I had called the day before. She got on the phone to the store manager (chubby white guy with glasses) then told me that it could not be done without a receipt despite the fact I had proof of purchase with me in the form of a bank statement. So I called Anacondas consumer hotline who told me that the store manager would be able to locate my receipt and could do it from his office. I was also told words to the effect of "the reason he may have been telling you he cant was because it was a time consuming process, but it COULD be done." I walked back into the store and had another argument with the staff member at POS, then the manager walked out and was dealing with another customer (he was soo rude to them). Then it was my turn, of course he tried to wiggle out of giving me a refund, I told him about my phone call to Anaconda. He finally agreed to look into it saying "I'll see what I can do"... Finally (after about an hour of waiting around) I got my refund. I am a huge Anaconda fan but won't be returning to the Belrose store anytime soon.
