Didn't receive 90% of my order.nExtremely disappointed with spotlight. Multiple times I've ordered and items have gone missing, website pushes you to a form instead of being able to talk to someone.
I’d like to raise an unprofessional behavior from one of your staff members today. After people had already queued for about 15-20 minutes, she opened a counter and even called out “Next waiting please,” clearly signaling the counter was open. But two minutes later, she suddenly yelled that “no matter how long you stand there, no one’s going to be helping you,” and claimed she had “only called one person.” Not only was this confusing and unnecessary, it was embarrassing for those of us who had been waiting; her tone made it sound like we were in the wrong for following her instructions. The way she handled the situation was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. This needs to be addressed.
Everyone is always super nice and if you need help you just have to ask, sometimes they don’t know about your special niche but that’s okay because we don’t have to know everything. Wish the opened later than 1730 though as if I want to get in during the week I have to rush from work then can’t spend an hour browsing although it does save my bank account :
Good range, good quality, excellent prices and helpful staff. I purchased table cloths, cushions and bedding, and am happy with my purchases.
This store was ok. The most disappointing aspect would have been lack of or unhelpful staff, which has the same result, poor customer satisfaction. It was quite busy, so they must be doing something right. A good amount of stock, and some interesting products. The layout was a bit inconvenient. Once stuck on a route, there were no aisles to get to the exit from. This is a disaster concept in an emergency type scenario.
