Bunnings Warringah Mall

Terrible customer service and incorrect trading times advertised. I was there 8 minutes before closing, told them I'd be very quick, but immediately their staff started pestering and pressuring me to leave, telling me they were closing. I was out the store 2 minutes before their official trading times closed. Not wanting to trade during your official trading hours is a classic case of poor customer service. You should appreciate your customers more! I submitted a complaint to them in writing, got a voicemail in response, not apologising, but offering to chat. Again... they don't seem to understand what customer service means.

Very poor customer service. Asked a question to the only staff on the floor, he told to go to aisle 8 and that was it. I get there and I found 100 products to choose from but no one else to help me, I went to the counter, the cashier was laughing with the other cashier, didn't hear me asking for help..., I just walked out...

Very helpful staff also there is a public toilet they will let u use... Even without buying anything

Staff are friendly and helpful, though store seems to carry very limited stock range compared to what is on the website.

Very small. Would recommend going the one at Balgowlah for anything more then 1 or 2 basic items.
