I was really disappointed with the overall attitude of most of the staff during my recent visits. The level of customer service was surprisingly poor. When I went in to do an exchange, the staff member at the register seemed frustrated because the scanner couldn’t read my receipt which had only been printed the day before and had to enter it manually.nThe day prior, another staff member mentioned that she needed to set something up in the store and made it quite clear she didn’t really want to assist me. While I appreciated that she still helped, her attitude made it obvious she felt inconvenienced and irritated, which left me feeling uncomfortable.nnNot all staff were rude, but on both occasions I noticed employees making faces or seeming visibly annoyed when asked simple questions or for assistance finding something. It creates an unwelcoming atmosphere.nnI’d honestly rather drive a bit further to another Bunnings where the team is friendly, helpful, and seem happy to assist customers. It’s disappointing to see, as it feels like the younger staff haven’t received proper training and management don’t appear engaged either. The store itself is small as well. I would stay away unless you know what you want to buy and don’t mind the rude staff treating you like you’re at a Karen’s Diner.
Great shop! I was able to get all the materials and tools to build my ids clubhouse! and the service was incredible, they gave my kid a balloon and we got a sausage sizzle after.
This has to be the worst Bunnings I have ever been to. Customer service is non existent, solutions are non existent, the staff are miserable and the stock is very limited.nnI brought a gas bottle with the wrong connector, upon return was offered no exchange, no return, just nothing.nnThe sooner this store closes down the better.
Paul, the manager of this store is one of the most selfish and irrational person I have ever met. I feel sorry for those who have to work with him. He definitely needs proper training on how to treat others.nPoor customer service
Paul kitchen department went the extra mile to assist me in getting in contact with customer service when he did not have to! Very professional, eager to help and kind. Great qualities for a great sales person. Thank you for your help & Bunnings, give this guy a raise!
