I have been shopping with Sydney Tools through Jack from the time they opened in Brookvale.
I have always found that Jack will go above and beyond to fill every order whether its tools or fixings in the shortest time possible.
The service with Jack, Mark or Nathan is always first class and the prices are always on the mark.
I have introduced plenty of mates who now shop with Jack and they are all more than happy.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sydney Tools and will continue to shop there.
Its always good to shop with guys that know there stuff and you can always enjoy a bit of banter too.
If you shop anywhere else you are probably getting ripped off.
More than happy. 2 thumbs up.

The team at Sydney Tools is well known to my company. 
As a serious contractor our success in part in the drainage business is based on our team having a full range of tools and equipment for which in recent years I have turned to Sydney Tools for the supply of the hand held tools I require. 
For me, my friend or the Tool Consultant as a call him who sits closest to the door my time at the store always starts with a laugh before he takes me shopping  
The fact being I don't buy rubbish and he doesn't sell me rubbish and  it would be fair to say I don't always get my way as far as price goes but I do always get a fair deal. 
From time to time as ones always does with equipment find that something  goes wrong my man gets on the job to have it sorted without my need to say hi to my mate the boss.
Happy to recommend the team down there and  if the chat is not about water going down hill or the best equipment required to suit a specialized  job that needs doing then its about the women of the world  which always provides a laugh.

What started out as a very bad morning upon discovering all my tools had been stolen out of my toolbox (even the battery bag so they could carry  all the loot!) ended up much better thanks to Jack and his team at Sydney Tools.  They went above and beyond and really helped me out to do the best they could in replenishing the essentials and at the best price! I couldn't be more thankful to them and if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in the same situation, honestly go and see Jack and he will sort you out.  Best prices, best service, and best guy to meet in a bad situation.

First time buying power tools was going to be nerve racking until Fabian showed me numerous brands and ideal kits to purchase for my trade. Fabians knowledge of tools made my experience a lot more easier and stress free. I will no doubt be going back to Fabian to buy more tools!
