Terrible service. Ordered Makita item from Eatons Forestville 12 days ago. Called today to see where delivery was and was told they sidnt have in stock and are waiting for Makita to deliver either this week or next week !!nNo phone call or email notifying me of this lengthy delay !!nI had to call to be told it didn't t even exist.nNever again.
I found the garage shelving unit I was after at this store so called them up to check stock. I spoke to a guy called Tom who was really helpful, confirmed they had it in stock and he put it on one side for me. I turned up at the store 30 mins later and spoke to a guy called Nash, again he was really helpful and the shelving unit was on a trolley ready for me to wheel out to the car. Great customer service, great price on the product I wanted, couldn’t fault these guys. Thanks very much!
Asked over the phone price of 27x 12 x 6mm Hardieflex. They gave me a price so I went down to buy two sheets only to find out they don't stock it. If you don't stock it, tell me. Not happy Jan.nW.O.F.T.A.M
What a fabulous local hardware store! Great variety on all things you need for home- paint, tools, gardening. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. There is always a staff member available to get advice from regarding products. I was approached by 3 team members offering assistance when I was in here last week. This is something you don’t get at those other big hardware stores.nTheir prices are very competitive- same prices as Bunnings on majority of items which is great.nI’ve stopped shopping at Bunnings and started shopping here. The whole experience is a lot less stressful. No issues getting a parking spot and no line ups out front to get in! I think they’ve found a lifelong customer in me.. I just wish I went here sooner!
