Our experience of John Evans and the team at Enhanced Space Projects ESP has been second to none. In late 2022 we undertook our second commercial office fit out with ESP. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding and we were kept informed at every step of the job. Nothing was ever too much trouble and John and his team both managed and delivered to our expectations. The fit out quality itself was exceptional. Everyone that visits our office comments on the space and the high quality of the finishes. I would highly recommend John and his expert and professional team for your commercial fit out needs. 5 stars all the way!
Contour Finance engaged ESP to undertake our latest office refurbishment in North Sydney and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team at ESP delivered with amazing craftsmanship on the interior design and were able to provide value engineering to components of the project without compromising the design intent, which saved us money on some parts of the original design elements. ESP looked after all of the compliance and approvals, liaised with building management, coordinated the buildings house service technicians as well as handled the construction, joinery, workstations, furniture and acoustic linings with their own staff and sub-contractors. The Project Management and communication throughout the process was professional and organised and I have no hesitation in recommending ESP for your next commercial interior fitout project. I recently engaged Kim and the team at Enhanced Space Projects to do an office fit out at Terrigal, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I have dealt with numerous builders across the country over the years, and never have I come across any that are so professional and knowledgeable. They even completed before schedule and on budget, with no nasty surprises. From the start I felt I was in safe hands, handed them the keys and didn’t attend the site until completion. We can highly recommend Kim and the team at ESP. From initial concept and design, all the way through to the final touches to detail we were always kept up-to-date. Kim has a great practical application as well as ensuring the compliance requirements were met. Nothing was too hard with Kim and his patience with delays with the building and dealing with COVID-19 restrictions was exceptional. We are really happy with the final product.
Kim from Enhanced Space did a superb job in fitting out our medical rooms in Dee Why. Total professional, communication outstanding, very experienced and knowledgeable with medical fitouts and council requirements. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable due to Kims expertise. Outstanding service and results. We have now done 3 fit outs with Kim and team and each has been well priced, on time and perfectly executed.
