Very good customer service at this shop. Was helped by John yesterday. He listened well, helped me find the two products that I needed. John looked up manual for one of the items to get more info and explained the aspects that I needed to understand. Nice guy. Have only been there once before and the person who served me then was also very good.

A smaller shop with a smaller selection but very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking for customers just off Parramatta road. Always interesting things to find at Jaycar!
Took my son to Jaycar, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful especially Ray who took his time explaining about the products for my son, we have been twice this month, and we r definitely going back. It is the right customer service that always initiates you to visit a store back again !!

I always experience top service from these guys. Bought a Brass Monkey fridge the other day. Faulty after 8 hrs. They replaced it, no nonsense... even had the replacement ready at the loading dock for us. Also special call out to Susan... knowledgeable, friendly and very proactive. Keep it up guys... you rock!!
This review is for instore staff and manager. I Had a small issue that manager fixed today without issue. Always a pleasure dealing with the Croydon team.
Was treated rudely by the store owner i believe when i entered the store with a drink n mask in my pocket. Was told to drink outside.. We all have to follow the rules but respect is also an unspoken rule we should not forget... No need to be rude about it.... Wont be spending my hard earned money here... allot of other store owners still understand this despite being in the same situation.
This store is unfortunately across the road from my work. I say unfortunately because the service is so good and the gadgets are so enticing that the VISA card is being smashed! All staff have been friendly, helpful and knowledgable. As for the reviewers complaining about them checking for vaccine status, this is a government mandate and they are doing their job. This is my GO TO shop....wishing you ALL a merry xmas!
A big thank you to SUSAN at Jaycar. Fantastic at her job. Helped me sort out my needs with no fuse and a huge smile. Way to go JayCar. FTY: other staff are also excellent. Very helpful and know their stuff.
