The stars are all for the in store customer service and products. However the delivery team that they chose was way below satisfaction! The two delivery staff, especially the guy called Reece, was so rude with no sense of basic manners and customer service. They literally swore at my family just because they thought the lift was not big enough, which was later proved to be wrong. They showed no sign of feeling sorry for their misbehaviour and left a large scratch on our new timber floor when they moved the fridge in. Such unprofessional behaviour ranked down overall experience. I fully understand that bing lee subcontracted the delivery service, however they need to choose the team wisely in the future and appreciate customers' feedback throughout the whole process.

It’s the small things! We can buy online these days , so when we come to a store it’s because you want to see the actual unit you are interested in, and talk details with a sales person, and would like to get attention relatively easily and then to treated like you are at least a little important.. I asked around for a tape measure and was almost completely ignored.. What really ticked me off is that one of the sales guys I spoken to had a small tape measure hanging around his neck with his keys, and palmed me off to his mate, so I went to his mate, he palmed me off to the receptionist, who palmed me off back to the first guy!! 😡 thanks!! I feel as important as a turd!! Goodbye

Large place with lots of products stocked. Easy to be left alone or ask for help.

Ordered a phone of ebay click and collect at this store. Got impatient so I called up asking if I could come grab it, they told me no problem. Got there and it was actually at the front counter ready to go.
