Great shopping experience. Not as cheap as Amazon but I don't shop there. Same price as most competitors. Super smooth ordering and checkout. I chose express post. The item arrived a day or two later which was fine. The confirmation email had a tracking link included which took me straight to the postal service website. Well done Wagner!

I highly recommend these guys. I made a query about a couple of subwoofers I was interested in. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock at the time, and about a week or so later they sent me email updating me on how far away the subs were from coming in, without me even having to prompt them. The staff are very conscientious and follow up with you very well which is a rare thing these days. Will definitely buy from in the future.

I ordered a quad set of KT88's on Wednesday afternoon and they arrived here in WA on Thursday morning. Well packaged too! They even phoned me to confirm that I wanted to sign for them. Now that's what I call good service.

Wagner maintain good stock levels of an enormous range of quality parts & products, many of which are hard to find elsewhere like rubber belts and panel lamps for vintage hifi. Shipping is prompt and very reasonably priced. The speaker kit parts I received last week were extremely well packed as always.  I have been a customer for many years and have never had a bad experience.

I have bought multiple items from Wagner online always good value for money and quick delivery.  One laser optical head turned up damage, I contacted them and they sent out a replacement immediately no questions asked!  Excellent service.

Ordered an item online; it arrived so quickly and packed well too. great surprise! Had called the store earlier to confirm if stock were in store, and the staff were so extremely helpful there. Placed another order immediately after.

Easy ordering process and goods arrived very quickly with an affordable priority postage option. Best of all though was the price. Probably 40% cheaper than I could find anywhere else.

I have used WES for donkeys years.  This time I used the express post option and the order arrived less than 24 hours after placement even though I am 1000 km from Sydney.  The packaging was very good and the pricing continues to be reasonable.  Clearly an established business that one can rely upon!

My on line order with Wagner was easy to complete, the site is well laid out and easy to navigate. Communication was good with follow up's and the items were dispatched quickly.

Cannot speak highly enough of Wagners. Great product range, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service whether item ordered is in stock or not.  Is my go to source for speakers.
